Honestly, there are some things I will probably never understand. Related to porn games, there are some I cannot figure out, maybe some of you can help and try to find a plausible answer.
Beforehand, be warned some of the questions generalize a lot and I do not want to discuss the positive exceptions but the majority of games where the statements in my questions are true.

1. Why is the Protagonist in most games smaller than the Mother/Landlady, my mom is 5.9 feet tall, and I was the same size at age 16... it's disturbing, cos I think most male are at age 18 bigger (phrased that correct?) than the majority of females
2. Why are females with a cup-size below D or DD considered small/flatchested, and why are A and B cups in games mostly tagged as loli?
3. Why are BDSM games (yes there are exceptions but only in very small numbers) usually blackmail/rape games?
4. Why are female protag games usually games where all males are dorks that try to rape, blackmail the Protag into sex, and why are they being so stupid to do it... it's mostly disgusting

could continue on with more questions but maybe later, these 4 are enough for now. I am interested what you think about the devs decisions to make games this way, and do you like it or would u prefer another approach regarding some/all of these questions.

*edit: expiation for q. 2. loli implies to me as a tag that say the person is seemingly underage (yes I know most games say all "actors are above leagle age" but if you play they often seem to be max at beginning of puberty. But out there are lots of adult females with features like very small breasts and small height, and they are a lot older than the kids displayed in some games. 1. Because they're supposed to be underage, but that's a big risk on Patreon.
2. Modern porn has destroyed people's sense of normality when it comes to body proportions. Maybe not for IRL, but certainly in games.
3. Because consensual BDSM isn't as interesting to most people, whereas rape fantasies are more widespread.
4. Because going out and having consensual fun as a female MC isn't something that interests most male players, and most female players can do that for real, most of the time (looking at you, 2020). As to why those MCs are stupid, usually it's lazy writing.

I can only answer question #3. Consensual BDSM is hard to write to make some sense, I do it in my game, and you need a lot of context to make it happen, and still make it hot. But I confess I use heavily humiliation and abuse on the game.

Rape and blackmail is an easy way to have BDSM scenes in the game. Of course, you would have patreon after your ass afterwards, but hey, risks of the trade, I guess. And blackmail is hard to make sense too, but a lot of games fail on that.

Rafster I wouldn't call myself a skilled writer, but I have read several books (in German, so I do not know the titles in English, or if they exist in English) where BDSM was consent and not forced, and I would say they were written quite well. And I do not mean the shades of grey bullshit... Replace the billionaire part by a trailer inhabitant and u have a Criminal Minds or CSI episode instead of a BSDM-Lovestory

It's because they are books.
Before they reach your hands, they are read by a selection comity where the worse are rejected. After this, the publisher staff works with the author, possibly helping him to rewrite this, improve that, and so on. Then only it's published and you can read it. This do not guaranty that there will not be some books that are pure commercial bullshit (like fifty shades of grey by example), but it guaranty that most of the bullshit will never reach your hands.

At the opposite, adult/porn games are wrote by pure amateurs that have near to no external advice. No one to tell them that their story is totally unbearable. No one to help them improve their writing. No one to help them improve their writing. But there will always be people to tell them that they like it, and the encourage them to continue that way. A too big part of the players will not judge the game in regard of its qualities and defaults, but accordingly to the distance their jizz will fly when they cum. And the further the story is of the average Joe, with an average dick, averagely coward, and averagely kinky, encountering only average girls, that they are, the bigger will be this distance.

Experience and/or a very vivid imagination are prerequisites for writing a story but even then the story may only make sense to the writer.
Probably why so many authors get rejected by publishers and why so many adult games fail or are abandoned.
Most adult games are little more than fantasies from adolescent minds, even if the writer is considered by society to be an adult.

1. A) The average MC is 18-25yo while the average mother is 35-45yo. What's a simple way to indicate how old a character is? Height.
B) Some devs would like to do underage MCs, and some devs don't, but still there are some people who refuses to believe that those weren't supposed to be underage because they can't or don't want to understand that. By doing MCs shorter than the mother, you still can "satisfy" both audiences.
2. Probably for the same reason that Hollywood uses 30yo woman for 40yo characters, apply the porn factor to that and that's your answer.
4. A) Because pretty much no one here is a profesional writter and/or had any expierence as writter before making their games.
B) Because pretty much every single game here was written by a guy and for guys, so it's all about what they find hot.
