Most are between a D and DDD cup. In real life, the only skinny or average weight women with G or larger cups have implants. Above an H is rare.

impossible to know without the actual dimensions. unlike most men think, cup sizes have only a little to do with the volume of the actual breast. the measure around the chest ALSO changes cup size. if chest size goes up, cup size goes down, even though the actual volume of the tit stays exactly same.

to give an example: a 32D has the same size boob as 34C. and 36B. and 38A.

so no, you can't look at a picture and tell what the cup size is. unless you know how big the chest circumference is.

you could guestimate that her chest size is about half of her 44 bust size, which would make it 22+4 = 26 as far as I understand this crazy math. 26" is inhumanely small, which in turn bumps up the cup size into something ridiculous.

you know what, looking at it again the chest is nowhere near half of the bust size. more like half the diameter, which would make the bust/chest ratio around Pi, and the resulting chest size 44/3 = 14. plus 4 makes it 18". the 26 was already a very small child's size. 18" is probably something like a newborn infant size.

so there isn't really any good answers, the character is just way beyond human proportions.
