Not a big conspiracy guy, but the US and the EU signing similar laws at the same time as this while payment processors/networks also pass loosely-worded rules on big websites points to a bigger movement, one that brings the west to something closer to China in terms of online control. It's especially worrying that the US law got pushed forward by members of both parties.

Someone's got these politicians' number. Things are shifting drastically on a global level, with online anonymity as a concept being under attack, and soon we won't be allowed to even talk about it.

I'm sorry, they've already won. I see that almost all content creators who didn't have the blue check mark before now have it, so they've bowed their heads and become complicit in perpetuating and accepting this dictatorship, and now I understand perfectly why the powerful do whatever they want with us.

The fact that something of such extraordinary gravity only has 400,000 signatures after a week when there should be millions, or that this same thread should have dozens if not hundreds of pages and we're only writing 4 crazy people.

I don't want to belong to or be included in this shitty society anymore, even if that means endless loneliness for the rest of my days.

You want to win? Threating the one thing they love more than anything else. Money. Imagine as a hypothetical if EVERY UK citizen across the continent stop paying their taxes in retaliation, They don't have the recourses to arrest the ENTIRE continent.

The UK has an estimated population of 70 million people, but only 400,000 have signed, which is less than 0.6% of the population.
The number of people who have signed is ridiculously low.
To hell with this society, it deserves everything bad that happens to it.

Yeah? Maybe, my problem is when their troubles become my troubles. Maybe that's selfish but that's where I have a problem.

The situation is worse than I expected.

Rape victims are being blocked from being seen by people in the UK and Australia.
This system is very comprehensive.
They must have technical support from China and Russia.
I've used Russian internet products and they're identical.
This deliberate attempt to block negative social events and dissenters was designed by China.
But don't think this is the end.
In China, the government condones the theft of people's privacy, which fuels division and conflict. There have even been cases of extremist groups randomly killing infants. Victims face little social support, and the truth remains hidden.
So now, Chinese people's private information is readily available. Initially, they used the excuse of protecting children.
Now, even in Myanmar, Chinese people's health information and blood types are being used to select organs. Men, women, and children, young and old, are being kidnapped, killed, and their organs harvested like animals. Finally, the Chinese government's media system deliberately conceals this information, so many people are unaware of the massacres caused by the disclosure of their private information.
I believe the struggle must continue and must be mobilized as soon as possible. If necessary, radical measures are necessary.
Even China will back down when faced with real resistance.

Today I asked my masters for permission to breathe at least twice a minute.
How kind my feudal lord is! In his infinite generosity, he has allowed me to breathe three times, but no more.

Welcome to the new-feudalism, where a political and powerful caste talks big about democracy but crushes its citizens with dictatorial measures that no one has voted for (very democratic and constitutional indeed).

0.1% of the population is imposing measures that the remaining 99.9% do not want. Our grandparents died decades ago in different wars so that we could live freely. Today, they are stealing that freedom from us. We have to react. This situation is extremely serious.
The difference between what your grandparents did vs what you and everyone else is doing about this and other pressing modern issues imposed by the 1% in control is why we won't be able to do anything against this until all the post-internet generations of Western men 'de-emasculate'. Though I would particularly blame the military / private security men for going along with the agenda to this extent.

Anyway....Yeah....good luck with that one. Keep posting online about how they cannot keep getting away with it, I guess

This is what really worries me. makes me remember when i read some years ago.

all it takes is get some countries in line, and be pressured internationally to make this worldwide.
this is how dystopian futures start, at first, all seems for a good cause and then, we are in 1984.

this is not about porn or protecting the kids, is about everything and this is just the start.

simpsons think of the children.gif
Correct, it is never about 'the children', especially not from our pedo-island-connected overlords. This is just a naked power grab for control, to clamp down on free speech and more easily keep tabs on people. They are always nibbling away at our freedoms because it makes the masses more difficult to keep in check.

Problem #1: Why the fuck are people still using Twitter?
Problem #2: Charlie recognised the bullshit but instead of cancelling the order, they complied and showed their passport.
Problem #3: It looks like Charlie ordered a heart attack.

Problem #0: People believe this actually happened to Charlie because of OSA. What Charlie didn't show was the part of his order that included alcohol for the delivery. Yes, certain Pizza Huts in the UK sell/deliver alcohol.

I thought about that too but the invoice says the order only has 3 items. Does alcohol come on its own separate invoice? I honestly don't know as i have never ordered food delivery.

It's below the screenshot. Charlie cut it off, purposefully to present his own bias. He didn't show prices either. Does that mean it was all free? Of course not. He has not proved nothing. Except that people are gullible.

interesting. I may be wrong. But then again..
It still doesn't add up.

Any Brits here order from Pizza Hut recently?

Edit: Someone with experience with Deliveroo shares a plausible answer:

Margherita possibly wrongly flagged in confusion of Margarita.
