Agreed. There is no implications of anal in the game.
It's possible that it's because purple-pink is known for their anal scenes in games. They might add it later in time after doing the anal update to Damashidori.

I'm not sure if the author made more games, but this game was really good. Reminded me of the oldschool JSK games.
sadly the mtl sucks (almost all of purple -pink mtl games), but simple gameplay progression with touch&click interactions
