I am also interested to know whose scenes are those, cause I haven't found them anywhere so far.
he basically scours for scenes everywhere, including illusion discord which he stole my scene from. what i hate about it is he basically sold a free scene i made. so it's not impossible that he may have stolen others scenes.
here is the quote in this thread a while ago about it.

it was an old scene i made in AIS so probably have some data missing in HS2.

thanks, 2022_0417_1822_03_184.png pretty much my stolen scene lmao. fuck this guy seriously don't support him. i bet a lot more creators have been stolen byhim from what i can tell, i recognize some of it.
if you want taka kan scenes (not new ones as far as i know) it's here a while ago.

Not being salty or offended, but from the first look on their pixiv, all of them are pretty low quality animation.
Pretty much just wiggling around with very basic movement and even those basic movements looks so stiff.

I gave a look to the paid stolen scenes archive that leonardz mentioned.
Tried ten or so scenes from the archive, some are very simple so you can easily understand how it work, some are too messy to unpack. "I don't understand why this thing placed here and what does this thing serve as" is pretty much what I think from the messy scenes.
Out of all scenes I loaded, 2022_0417_1822_03_184.png that leonardz mentioned is way better compared to the others tbh. Both the animation and how clean the scene is. Even though the animation is pretty basic, things move quite nicely. The overall scene is a bit messy, but since the amount of stuffs aren't that many it's quite easy to trace the flow.
And judging from how the stuffs aren't being sorted to folder, I see more reason why leonardz called him a thief.
The other scenes are sorted to the folder, so that scene stands out in that aspect.
Other that one scenes can't really be called an animation.
(myself venting) I know you want to rub one out, but make something decent will you?

Well, all of the scenes in the archive are made in 2022, I can't really blame the movement stiffness.
Looking back to my scenes that I made in 2020 to 2022, I made mine pretty good if I say so myself.
Personally, I think if you don't want your scene to be stolen, make it complicated enough to make the thief gave up unpacking your scene or make it so you can't really change stuff. Well, you can but doing so will mess up the construction.
Not bragging but here is my current rig looks like.

But it seems like you can only remove the content if you’re the original owner, which is Illusion? I doubt that guy hasn’t been reported already.
You can claim ownership of content you made within someone else's software. Especially if it's designed for that kind of thing, like Honey Select is.

And since Patreon is a US company, it does fall under fair use rather than Japanese law where that simply doesn't exist. The real problem is that 'proving ownership' usually means something like, 'here is my organized company, here is my legal representation' which your average Honey Select content creator ain't gonna have.
