I can't download this can you re up ? or how do I use gigafile ?

Gigafile kinda stinky because the links expire after like a day.
The links have expired but normally you'd scroll down to that part where it's the astronaut guy in a YouTube player and just under that there's a button that says "ダウンロード" which just means download.

A reinstall of hf patch should do the trick which is pretty easy.
