I could probably be proven wrong but I don't think Koikatsu handles breasts very well at all. I've personally tried for like two years to get some good looking big boobs and it never turns out well lol

Yes, it's difficult, I spent months tweaking some for my characters but because I was working drunk I formatted the wrong disk and there was my KKS now im lazy as fuck to start over.

One of the fastest ways - try to see how this is done on cards with similar characters. Maybe you can copy the settings from them. Probably you will find something more similar:
