Well... I have good day, so I'm gonna share a little...
You can use Shaders added to these clothes on any other clothes...
It will make them always transparent ( Just open ME and Copy -> Paste Shader )
Here are Outfit Cards: ( Wet Effect is always on "Gloves" slot )

Unfortunately, no, I don't. That's a character mod; it isn't needed for the scene at all. Simply change characters and save the scene; you won't get the error upon loading it again.
