I use the timeline single files.
Select the original girl, open the timeline, click single files, put a name and save.
Change the girl, select her, load the file. Sometimes you need to play the scene and stop and load the single file.

He only shares very few via fanbox if you buy his last tier. I bought it once for his ugly bastards but even then there where just 2 of them available. I got so pissed of. Never tried his scenes, there were like 4 or 5, but those he posts on Pixiv are not available.
