You don't. If it's just a series of asterisks like that, it's from the now defunct Anonfiles. Quote the original post and someone (probably not me, I'm too new around here) may be able to get you the file.

When I try to play sutekimepp0us scenes with the sound mod, it loads the sound item but does not play sound. Any fixes?
