Hi everyone, apologies for this noob question but how do I download the characters from here?

just right click an image and download as png
and put that character card in the game file in chara folder
and put that character card in the game file in chara folder
I cant use it
For some reason I can't use cards from you guys but I found a collection from a russian website
There are 1382 cards here
