Recently I've been by myself, I've played a few games and the one's that I've been playing have been making me crave an unhealthy feeling only fulfilled by the unrealistic scenarios that happen within porn games. SOOOOO I wanna play more instead of contacting my therpist and telling them about my state of mind. The games I've played and have been playing (to give you a gist of what to reccomend) are:
(I might add more to the list as I remember)

1room: Runaway Girl (a classic)
Spending a Month with My Sister
Bottle Biosphere
(really really loved this one)
Together Again / Slave of Passion
My Unusual Feline Friend
Summer ~Life in the Countryside~
(MORE)
Summer Sisters ~Midsummer Secret with Childhood Friends~
!Ω Factorial Omega: My Dystopian Robot Girlfriend

I'm sure I'm missing a lot here but those are the only ones I can get off the top of my head. As you can see, I just wanna play some type of romance, mostly 1on1, living day by day simulation/vn kinda game to fill in this very specific hole in my psyche. Animated and/or Voiced preferably, if not animated then definitely voiced and if possible, I'd like it to take me a bit to finish but not required. PLEASE GIVE ANY SUGGESTIONS, a long list would be VERY muych appreciated. :)

You acknowledge you are having difficulties with certain aspects in your life. You mention having an unhealthy feeling and you have a sense of emptiness and a void. You admit playing these games is an avoidance technique. It also sounds you are aware this is not a positive coping mechanism - trying to fill the hole with something, hoping it will be satisfied. Only, based upon what you are saying, the hole is not filling.

This is masking the deeper issue, placing a bandage over the sore - rather than treating the cause. The more you place a bandage and not treat the cause, the more bandages you will need as the sore grows. You are seeking a long list of game recommendations because you are aware of this.

As well as this, you admit that games feed the cause, rather than make it better. When a person doesn't feel physically healthy, well, or whole, they speak to a medical doctor to find the cause and seek treatment. By mentioning the following:
contacting my therpist and telling them about my state of mind
you know that when you are feeling mentally or emotionally drained or unwell that you should do the same with a mental health professional - even at a time when you are finding ways not to do what should be done.

So, since you ask for any suggestions, I would suggest listening to your own words and contact your therapist to discuss what's going on with you while the two of you collaborate on different ways to manage what is going on right now.
