I think imagination is a great thing. I may imagine something before bed or during a day, not necessarily sexy. I noticed that it makes me more inspired if I do this regularly. I'm usually imagining something pleasant concerning some unpleasant feeling. It makes it go away actually, if you do it right. As for the sexual stuff.. It's usually either dark or sweet or taboo.
