To ask the obvious, do you mean a pre-rendered game that uses 3D such as BiD, or games that use WASD to walk around a 3D, real-time, rendered environment like Last Hope?

Beyond the one I mentioned there's

Monolith Bay It's kind of a walking sim.
Carnal Instinct This one has VA and combat (Furry warning, though you can play as a human).
Seaside Mystery (Click to move, but close enough).
Feign Not too much content yet, but very promising.
Wicked Island It's all bout monsters, but I kind of ignored that and just built bases.
He Lives Here Now Okay, but the manual sex controls pissed me off. No idea what the dev is thinking.
