I remember the game was about a girl who had no house (I vaguely remember it was hinted she was alien or something). You could get a job and buy her clothes and panties and the map was blue, kinda like the attached picture. I don't remember if it was a PC or Android game, I've been looking for it for quite some time and I'm yet unable to find even one hint of it...
