Identify I'm looking for a game about a guy on a train

I played a game about 10 months back, and I can't remember its name. In the game you are a guy on a train, and are trying to seduce a girl. But, if you get too bold too fast then a sort of anti sexual acts police force will stop you. There are three levels to the game (at least when I played it.) one with a school girl, businesswoman, and a member of said police force. The game is Japanese but I played it in English. Also, I don't think it has a download and is only HTML, Java, or something else. Any help is appreciated!!
