Just like the title says preferably 2d,similar animation style, smooth in gameplay same tags would be cool too.

You probably know about this one, but you haven't mentioned it, so... Lust Legacy from JamLiz (SexNote dev).
Other than that, I don't think you will be able to find anything with the same level of animations, there are a ton of similar games out there but they are mostly static.
It's a stretch, but Fall:Out is somewhat similar in art style and animations are good.
