Honestly I like how you keep returning to talk to people. That's like not how you quit something.
oh man. steam cracking down on adult games, itch cracking down on adult games, and you quiting the site. it's just too much.

Is this that quiet quitting I have heard about? At what point do you actually quit? Thank you, I agree in my case, it was just a habit and not an addiction, so I'm quite happy about that. For now I don't have any particular problems or needs
Honestly, I didn’t think I’d come back here but I was wondering if I had received any replies or support and I saw that some people are still taking the time to respond. No diff, as I just mentioned I haven't planned anything from the start, there's no harm in me responding. I asked the question of the thread out of curiosity not to give myself a reason not to delete my account. I can do it and I will do it because it's true that to really stop, I have to distance myself as much as possible from all of this but ultimately, whether I do it or not, what difference does it make to you? I get the impression that you're not convinced by what I'm saying. It's a shame not to be able to get a good read on someone
Normally when I quit something.... I, you know. Quit. Not keep coming back or doing what i was quitting.

So you can delete your account. Or you can just say you didn't quit but you just won't consume the content.
I rarely play games anymore, including adult stuff, but I'm still around sort of just not in like the game area. Someday I planned to make my own game so figured I'd test the waters but with my fear of rejection and the adult games being targeted... I'll just lurk around more.

To be fair I do sometimes come here and just look at threads then leave the tab open as I do some other stuff and check once in a while. Yeah it can be done, coming here and not looking at porn, but you have to understand how that might not be beneficial if you are trying to quit as you said.
That said, if you can come here and check the threads without feeling like you have to jerk off at one game, then I'm thinking you might just be doing good enough and don't have any crazy issues lol.
Good luck, Ive been trying for like 4-5 years but cant stop it. I believe all this can be stopped if life allows you to, if you dont have the willpower that is, like me. If you go so deep down into the rut that your monkey brain and body finally gives up and lets you avoid all of this, but the problem is you'll start doing it again when you start feeling good and your life is back on track. Ive just given up on everything now, but I know my brain will force me to pick myself back up cuz I cant be miserable forever, and it would also force me to bring myself down cuz the rot is too deep, its almost funny how this works. I dont even know whats going on anymore man.

I got too used to not playing much while waiting a year between updates to play anything worthwhile and now I just don't have the time or mind to play them anymore.So you can delete your account. I am aware of that but I know how to control myself or at least enough to not relapse when visiting the site. I never had any real problems with any of this even before I knew about porn games. As I said earlier it was really just a habit to check out the new games, etc but I've done it so much that nothing interests me anymore
