I don't think so. I've played a lot of games with pregnancy but didn't see anything like this. Usually, devs putting pregnancy just to satisfy fetishists, but they don't want to put "play a daddy" because it isn't related to fetish.

I haven't played an update of Corrupted Kingdoms in a while, but it supposedly now has scenes where you help raise some of the kids you have with girls you impregnate in-game. Can't really think of any others, though...
