Other than the image tool in the Developer console, is there a 3rd party tool you can you to get close to placing images for image buttons? At one time I thought I saw such tool. Ideally I'd like to load a background and then load images to be used as imagebuttons. Then either be able to copy the x, y coordinates of the images, or spit out a chunk of code.
