We do live in that world, the % chance of deformity on the first generation isn't that high. the issues with incest we have witnessed come from royalty doing it over and over and over again.
Even if incest was legal and normalized it wouldn't effect my life, my mother is ugly and i don't have any sisters. if you wanna get with a family member you can do it, but it is more on them then you... most mothers and sisters aren't into the idea despite what porn games tell us.

I'd say we modify this to: Imagine a world where pregnancy only occurs when the girl truly and genuinely wants to get pregnant from the bottom of her heart.
