Okay, but what about people who don't comment that stuff but just don't want this kind of content when searching?
You could add the "Graphic Violence" tag to the black list, but I've seen games on here that feature that but not in sexual ways. The only tags really needed are the very polarizing genres, like guro.

Imo there should be a different tag aside from graphical violence. One case when someone's bruised, asphyxiated and etc but another case when there's literal dismemberment. I'm 100% sure many people are fine with the first but the second will absolutely disgust them
