3 is not available for download in english. TSS did the translation via the tools on their site, there's no patch to apply to a japanese copy of the game.

I have no idea about the censoring, but experience would seem to indicate that any censoring is probably variable.

Lesson 1 is not censored. Lesson 2 IS censored. Also, worth mentioning, Lesson 2 ends in a M/M/M/F out of fucking nowhere. I mean, you knew that you were going to get caught, but not that a bunch of guys were going to join in.
