I imagine you have the Kagura version or downloaded it directly from dlsite. In that case, you need to extract the .wolf files, then delete them, and copy and paste the mod files into the extracted folders.
It's a bit complicated, but since this mod is unfinished, I recommend not installing it. The quality isn't good, and it will look very strange if you want to play with the FFFOX mod and the Kitsune version.
