I really feel like it's my duty to help as much as I can, but on the other hand you're right, when the same question is asked several times it can be a little annoying for people who follow the thread.
That said, I made some small changes to the main post, I hope they help reduce the questions about the Kagura version a little.

This was true in the 90s, it's also holds true right now. By spoonfeeding you're doing disservice to everyone involved, lurkers included.

As far as I understand it is not possible since they are completely different versions of the game.
I was testing and Blue moved some images to the English folder, like the ones with the panties and the cover.
I will try to release a compatibility patch today to solve this and other errors reported in the FFFOX MOD thread.

Uhm... I would think it is because of your antivirus, although it seems strange to me that it detects it as a virus when downloading it.
I would say that you disable the antivirus just to install the mod, and once installed you can activate it again.
If you are worried that the installer will install something strange when you run it, you can open it with 7zip or winrar and extract the images manually.
