So that's how it is. I tried using a version I found elsewhere. Since it could run normally, I thought the mod installation had failed. Thank you for your advice.

It appears that you do not have the mod installed from your screenshot, as the title bar of the game will say 'FFFox Installed' if so. I am not sure what bug it may be from the original version, but you might want to redownload the game from the main thread and see if the bug persists.

The game tells you, and warns you each time you try to use one:
>Succubus blood - Goes into heat and guarantees pregnancy (even if infertile through Adventure blessing)
>Unicorn blood - Resets virginities and lowers interest a bit (you can basically fully reset her despite story progress)
>Demon blood - Puts her to sleep and gives sleep paralysis so she can't wake up at all (o -o....)
>Angel blood - Removes other effects

Even though the seller said that there will be a consequence of it abused. Dunno if thats only part of the script or there be a bad ending.

The changelog for 1.5.1 says there are "(bad?)" endings related to them.
I haven't tried 'em though so you could make a second save file and see what happens.
I'll have to see eventually.
Worst case you can restore her with the Angel one.

From what I understand, it would just allow you to make your own "Imouto" like if you want her to look a little bit different but you would still have to do the art yourself unless if there is someone who share their own work
Using unicorn vial doesn't reset Anal virginity.

It should. I have it set to set anal exp to 0, which is what Inusuku bases pretty much all of anal on. It might be a scene that doesn't require much anal exp or uses a different variable, though.

I think it's a random event with some kind of chance. because the bad ending with the succubus caught up with me after a while, not immediately
