yeah I finally got it to pack and it didn't help as much as I hoped or thought it would, but it got fps from being stuck around 5 to being between 15 and 20. This confuses me all the much more though, unless its just still doing 20 thousand something calls instead of trying to load everything into memory then referencing it there (which it may be doing, I'm going to see if the lag stops occuring for me on the JP version.)

Yeah the japanese version handles it perfectly fine, its not a binary thing where the japanese binary is loading data more efficently since I tested the japanese binary with the steam version of the game and mod, and the lag persists. Japanese version with mod and english binary or japanese binary and theres zero lag. Now I am even more confused. I guess something the steam versions scripting does differently then the japanese version just happens to cause the mods loading catosrophically slow down but I'm not even close to sure what Kagura could've changed to make it break this specifically. The binaries for the steam and japanese release are different but interchangable between these releases without breaking something. I was hoping the issue would lie in the binary since then an xdelta patch for it could've been included but sadly not. I thought of just making a huge link of xdelta patches to make converting from the steam to japanese version of the game easier, however the japanese version on this site is already entirely unpacked unlike the steam version. Anyone know if this is how the game comes when bought off DLSite?

The game comes folder packed from dlsite (so not one massive wolf file, but one wolf file for each of those folders). It fails to escape my reasoning as well. The only thing I can think is that they used a corrupted version of WolfRPG while translating the game? I know they purposefully renamed several files in order to make the JP DLC incompatible with the English base game and vice versa to try and boost sales...from one of their top selling games...
Anyway, you can probably find links to still packed versions of the game on sukebai.nyaa or anime-sharing.

the fps drop on winlator still there...i dont understand again how to make it at least smother or playable..i already follow the instructions..well...

Use the fan translation (f95zone version) as your base game, then download only the latest version (1.7.0) mod.

After doing that. You can just additional install the color mod for rich exp.
And set to go!

I went from 10fps to 35fps on average when using the f95 version as a base.
It's weird, for you it should be a little better since 3D mode doesn't work for me, only software mode
Anyway, we can hope that they make a patch that at least fixes these massive fps bugs
sometimes i even use the godly brother mod on daseson color mod..and it still playable..
this is the only mod i cant playing...

Maybe winlator is the motherfucker here. In my powerful Moto Edge 30 Fusion, I cannot run Doom at 20fps! No, it is not a joke!

Dont use the official winlator. Use the GLIB version that provides in the spoil section about what winlator to be use.
hope someone can fix this issue..since its not comfortable to fap at 14-15 fps 
i already follow all suggestions like copy the folder to (C) or (E) and open it from there..and run the game via task manager..the results it same .

If the Kagura, change back to the JP/translated version (DLC v0.1)-that, at least for me and some others, managed to fix whatever shenanigans the FPS drops were doing. ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
And if it's the one I recommended you... Then I have no idea, because it shouldn't be janky- (ᵕ—ᴗ—)
