Well, now that i had time to go through everything I can only praise the incredible work you did. As expected you did not simply color the images, you actually added your own touches. I really like the chibi backgrounds! And i am glad you had fun doing this despite all the drama on this forum regarding the other color mod.

Thank you for your work Daseson! I will replay the game with this and see if i notice any problems while playing. Now that i got to enjoy all this eyecandy i will eat my real lunch. I will try the game later today when i have time.

Tutorial for installing my mod with improvements mod,

1. Download all archives:

Note: make sure your game always has all the files.

I only add the ones from my mod in the CG and Pictures folder but really those folders must have ALL the image files:

In the event that your game does not have all the files in the folders, you must download the game again and follow the tutorial that it leaves.

I think there is something missing from these instructions. Because the game is still without colors after doing exactly as instructed here.
I think its because improvements mod contains cg.wolf, Picture.wolf and SystemFile.wolf files in Data folder. Shouldn't we remove those?

I also know that these mods are being targeted for uploading to Android applications, I'm not really against it since the idea is that as many people as possible can enjoy it, but I would like to ask that you please not modify the game's initial screen since I want at least those who play to know where the mod comes from.

I also want to make a big mention of NUBESROJAS Your redraw mod helped me a lot to color this mod since the truth is that the initial images of this game have many errors and coloring them like this involves extra work since I would have to correct them, which I avoided thanks to NubesRojas, thank you very much!!

I tried removing these 3 but it only caused more problems. Actually, your color mod used to have their own cg.wolf and Pictures.wolf files but not in this version.

Just removing cg.wolf and Pictures.wolf that comes with improvements mod works except for the splash/menu screen.

Hi, if I need to update the installation guide, I think I could make videos like in Fantasy.

But the installation method is the same: extract with wolf extract, paste the mod files into the extracted folders, and delete the .wolf files.

I think it looks great as usuall ^.^
The shading of things add so much to it all and i also love the chibi images, real cute with the added backgrounds you made!

Also if possible i would personally like a guide/video on how to install the redraw mod and this color mod. I remember a few months ago really wanting to try these out but it was so confusing when trying to pick the right files and stuff for whatever style of Imouto that i wanted to use and i never seemed to get it right. If it's too much to ask though that is totally fine~

Also the WolfDec edit program thingy doesn't seem to work either, it just doesn't start. But i already have a data folder in my game folder so not really sure if i need it anyways.

EDIT: Well i fixed it, kind off... I got both mods installed fully it seems but only after i realised that some pictures from the other mod isn't colored so i just skipped those which made everything way less confusing hehe

I am pretty sure old version of your color mod had the cg.wolf and Pictures.wolf files which is why it worked without issues. But now improvements mod has cg.wolf and Pictures.wolf files that prevent color mod from working unless you delete them.

Alright, after figuring it out i think i know whats the issue and how to actually install everything correctly based on the available downloads on f95. Here are the instructions step by step which should help.

1. Download and extract everything
- Imouto Monochrome game (fan translation)

You must be registered to see the links

- Improvements mod (for fan version)

You must be registered to see the links

- Dasesons Color mod 0.43

You must be registered to see the links

- WolfDec (just the WolfDec.exe is enough)

You must be registered to see the links

2. Copy contents of Improvements mod into game folder (and overwrite existing files)

3. Go to "Data" folder of game and look for following .wolf files:
- cg.wolf
- Picture.wolf
- SystemFile.wolf

4. Copy WolfDec.exe to games Data folder and decrypt cg.wolf, Picture.wolf and SystemFile.wolf
(just drag .wolf files onto WolfDec.exe)

5. After decrypting delete these .wolf files (dont touch others)

6. Copy contents of color mod into games Data folder (again overwriting existing files there)

7. If you did everything correctly you should now have translated and uncensored game + improvements mod + colormod by Daseson.

I actually like the idea of a detailed step-by-step guide better. I don't like re-uploading a game with all the mods because:

-People don't go to the corresponding threads to leave their comments/reactions.

-It helps to practice your computer skills a little.

This mod is also super easy to install. Check out both videos, they're about a minute and a half long.

A while ago in the fantasy thread they proposed the same thing to me with the FFFOX MOD but for the reasons mentioned above I didn't do it.

Sure, i only did it this time because the installation can be confusing due to how improvements mod needs to be installed first and then decrypted before color mod can be installed on top.

I wont make another repack like this and i hope this one wont take rounds without people understanding where the mods came from etc.

Now that instructions have been updated and you even made videos there probably is no need to even offer repack in the future.
