cleared all route, gallery only unlocked to scene 102, the rest still locked, is there more routes or future content waiting to add?
You need to take certain companions on certain side quests to see these defeat scenes.
A few examples I remember:
Ariel - Elven archer aka best girl: Goblin Lighthouse
Ellis - Blonde mage: Casino
Tia - Other blonde aether Knight: Bandit hideout
Tania - assassin lady: Noble assassination
Pan - monk: Arena finals defeat

Didn't do the other two but I'm pretty sure blue haired priest has got to come along to the dream world quest against the nightmare demon lady.

Hi, Could someone teach me how to play this game? I don't see the exe file or something to run the game. I downloaded the uncompressed and patched. Did I do something wrong?

Sadly no, you can't save her. Tia's death is cannon in this game.
though it's kinda weird in the end of Good ending.
Tia is still alive and even talking with Luna (Slave's Sword MC), though because of bad english translation it's kinda vague.

IIRC, the ending that's canon with Slave's Sword is the Bad End from being defeated by the Magician. The Good Endings are all What-Ifs.

Yes, according to the dev's Ci en he wanted to have an ending with Tia alive, so while the game acts like Tia died on Route 1, after beating the magician she got immediate care and got better. The canon ending that leads towards SS2 is that the MC lost to the final boss (probably to the little girl) and Tia just died because she got no help so there's no mention of her in SS2 (IIRC). There were a few scenes lacking that depicts tia getting care and just skips to the ending lol.

btw, talking about Satie and Magician/Reindhart; did it just me or they are just so very easy to kill ? you just need to one hit to kill them and the walkthrough in first page is talking it's like a big deal to fighting against Reindhart. (with Mana drain and something like that, it makes him like some kind of big boss) while in reality, he is so weak even Yu Yevon from FFX is giving more effort than them.

I even have to suicide bomb my self to lose to them.

Really? First time I fought them they deal lots of damage to a fairly leveled character (I cleared each mob once when passing on them). Did not play FFX but I know the story, in that aspect that is an actual RPG with RPG balancing (late game bosses have actual challenge for most RPG games, specially older RPG games); compared to this game that has barebones RPG (there are H games that have actual in depth RPG mechanics with challenging bosses but this is not of those games). It took me quite a while with the magician and his annoying MP drain (had to keep using potions). Is there a difficulty option for this game (I don't remember) but if there was I played on normal/default difficulty. Some of their attacks even taking 3/4 of my HP so I need to keep my HP topped up to not get "one shot". They definitely got easier on subsequent playthroughs, but on the first one they should pose some "challenge" (although not in the traditional challenging bosses of classical RPGs, but by challenge I mean they deal lots of damage, a bit tanky but can be brute forced with enough potions/healing).

To be honest, I don't think she is alive, the whole dialogue make them (Tia and her sister Luna) look like a kind of reminder or spirit or flasback or whatever thing it called, but it hint that Tia's death is real, it just whatever soul left of her look Lina and is happy with what she have achive and become a hounorable knight, before truly pass away.
