Speaking of ERA TohoK, I've tried downloading it, but when I try to open it through the Enumera-anchor Application or whatever, I get a Windows Defender popup warning me it might be malicious and comes from an unknown publisher. I have had this happen before with other indie games and clicked to run it anyway, but what doesn't happen is that when I clicked it my laptop just deleted it. Just that one specific application and nothing else. I've tried through various sources to get a new link and have kept deleting and redownloading over and over again but my laptop won't let me play.

Winblows does that for all unsigned programs. You can ignore that warning. Signing programs costs money, so some programmers just don't bother.

EraNAS doesn't seem to have had a new release since 2023 (From the linked page: "Current Version: 2023.04.20"), while AnonTW had the latest in April.
Is there a rundown on the differences between the versions somewhere?

As for the UI, I kinda am in a minority considering I play corrupted saviors and Cataclysm DDA, so the ERA UIs (or lack thereof) don't really bother me

Yeah the game's text is pretty well organized and colored to not really need a UI at all, it's only an issue for me when playing on the phone because of my fatass fingers but upping the font fixes that too.

I did ignore it. Again, this isn't the first time I've dealt with this before. The big issue is that as soon as I ignore it and try to run the program anyway, that specific application to actually play the game just gets deleted. I seriously don't know why its happening for this game in particular since this has never happened to me before, I even downloaded and Played EraAS a day before so it feels kinda specific to this one game for some unknowable reason

EDIT: after playing it - it is very Tedious. Enemies are too easy, so i HAVE to kinda lose to them on purpose. Normally, the ovum is barriered, so you have to remove it. There's a save file that does it + some cheats, but thats loses the point.
So while game fills in criteria for the list - a preg mechanic - it is too boring to play.

Revenge of Yagirl - metroidvania side-scroller, you get dmg, get grabbed by enemy, if you cant escape (or want not) - get plowed and get insta preggo belly and after some small time - give birth.
The mechanic affects gameplay - when pregnant: cant dash and use combo attack, so it raises challenge.

X-Change Life (Kokopelli's Servant Mod) would be a close second. Unfortunately I don't care for transformation/gender swap etc etc but funnily enough, the bar girl system in the game is very nice for straight male impregnation lovers. In the base game, you have to pray the girl doesn't take birth control but with the Kokopelli mod you can manipulate their birth control and you can be knocking up a dozen/2 dozen women on the regular. Unfortunately the system itself is still very minimal since the game focuses more on any and all content other than straight male playthrough. And also unfortunately, the Kokopelli mod creator seems to be pushing the mod in a 'sissy' direction, but we should respect their creative directions. Thankfully the cheat menu is only a click away to undo all the forced sissification the game tries to push on you. I think a standalone game with the bar girl concept that focused entirely on just picking up girls at the bar and knocking them up would be super awesome.

I don't know what you mean by "sissy" or "sissification" - XCL doesn't have any of that and I certainly don't add any via Kokopelli's Servant. If you mean feminization, then yeah obviously, that's a core part of the base game and it's the primary way I have to provide challenge and resistance to a male player character. But nobody (aside from a completely different mod that's still under development) is putting cocks in cages or any of the other typical sissy content, none of which is to my taste. If you're referring to the Xochiquetzal stuff, that's definitely not sissy content, she's just dominant at the moment, and down the road you'll have a way to turn the tables on her. She's mostly there just to drain your stats because maxed out characters have it too easy and the game stops providing any challenge or even resistance to you.

The Black Guardian Of Odom, It's mainly indulgence by finding model that fit your fancy on randomized live 2D model. Pregnancy's sadly just an extra content or visual add-on plastered to the model, creating scenario where male model can have pregnant belly.

I only added 1 era game because honestly they're so many of them and not all of them are actively updated or translated. I know EraTohoK and EraMegaten have pregnancy. There's just too many variations for me to list them all and I try to keep links to only on F95.

I considered adding Corrupted Saviors because I actually really like the game but have been waiting for more updates/more pregnancy content because iirc the pregnancy doesn't really happen until the end? unless you get saviors you turn into uuuh...not demons but forsaken I believe? So if that's expanded on, I might add it later!

I didn't add Holy Knight Arne because it was said it was tedious and unaware in the city is getting a rework so might wait until it's fully over to the rework? Idk, I didn't really like the original.

Thank you for updating the list! I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned it before, but Of Devotion and Despondence is being reworked as a VERY pregnancy heavy game, using AI images. I wasn't a big fan of the original version, but this one really hits this kink HARD and I love it. Its a bit weird and fantasy, but hot all the same.

Kinda? In the Campaign mode, you can sleep with the Forsaken (fallen chosen) in between cities (levels basically) to impregnate them and they go through the pregnancy cycle as you continue the campaign (with travel time between cities when the pregnancy advances). When they give birth, the child will later show up in the campaign in a city as a Chosen. There is also an impregnation option to break the Chosen during battles (need to corrupt them enough before the impregnation or implantation can occur as they have a purity shield), you can change it in options to protect virginity via anal impregnation of demon spawn. Though all of the impregnation corruption usually is only discussed at the end of a mission, and unless they have become Forsaken, you won't see them again, so technically the end of a game pregnancy for them.

Fair enough though since it isn't really focused on too much, and the work is still in progress. Here is hoping more is added eventually.
