From what I can tell, that game doesn't have any actual pregnancy stuff; after impregnating a woman, it just skips straight to after the baby is born.

Those are tags that are placed on the game by the mods. They are not always up to date. There is a whole thread elsewhere on this forum that contains a list of games that have impregnation in them but don't have the Pregnancy tag. If you do run across those types of situations you need to report the game and let the mods know a tag is missing. Sometimes they ask for proof but often times they'll take you at your word.
