Hello, my game might fit the list: Multiple girls (3 so far, more to come) get pregnant, they react to it, and you keep interacting with them as the story progresses. Not repeated pregnancies yet, but coming in the future. The whole game revolves around the concept of breeding all the girls. MC is male.

It is present in the full game (a few graphics and a childbirth scene) and even has some (but very little) impact on gameplay. But, as always, there are nuances:
- Only one of the three female characters can become pregnant.
- The game itself isn't “Slave maker"’ or ”‘Jack-o-Nine-Tails’ - once you've played it, you can delete it with a clear conscience, as it won't show you anything new.
TBH it was kinda boring and grindy. There's not a lot there but it does meet the bare minimum.
Him - It's too early to include it in the list, but it's worth keeping an eye on. The LIs will clearly become pregnant in the future (and one of them already becomes pregnant during the early game), but at the moment (v0.3.3) these are only hints without graphic/gameplay impact.
To Sew a Field of Stars - it's declared as “an adult city-builder RPG, with themes of myth and pregnancy”, but this is a demo version, so it's unclear what will actually be in it.

While the heroine can get impregnated anytime, the main story has 2 arcs that has complete pregnancy and birth(The holy city & the prison) if you lose in them basically. It won't result in a gameover as the story will simply continue with the consequences.
Other than the main story the protagonist can go to the hospital and get admitted if pregnant which will go through a full pregnancy which is repeatable.
