Sinisistar 2 - Pregnancy mechanic after breaking infertility protection buff (lose to slug boss early game or priests in late game). Birth in game overs except in tentacle cave from eggs. (heavy gore warning although less than Sinisistar 1)
You can add to alien list Parasite Inside. It allows for temp quick pregnancy and birth of alien parasites for both female NPCs and the female player. The game is on Unreal Engine probably not half way done yet but dev gives monthly reports and releases. If you want spaceship enclosed environment dangerous with breeding aliens agent this game is for you.
This list is ONLY for pregnancy/impregnation games that AREN'T ONLY IN ENDINGS.
I will NOT be putting any pure AI games on the list if I can help it.
Specially what I'm looking for is the pregnancy to NOT be a ending - I see so many games tagged with pregnancy only to turn out they're only at the ending and then I get disappointed.
It doesn't have to be the main part of the story/game but I like seeing the changes in the girl later down the line. They may like you, they may hate you for it - either way - that's what I like. There needs to be some sort of reaction to the pregnancy from the girl and the characters around them if possible, hell even from the PC.
Minor Edit - I've been seeing people recommend VN's that have pregnancy but it's content that is way later in the game or at the ending. This is NOT what this thread is about.
Just my humble thoughts of your list. It maybe great for other members but not for me as there is not one of the games listed that has any appeal, each has more than one or multiple distasteful tag associated to said game.
Pardon me, but it just sickens me to see this kind of crap elevated. When, in my humble opinion, they should be removed for the shear abomination they are. Like most here I do like the impregnation thoughts, but not all the other abomination tags.
Honestly I don't mean to cause a stir or anything just feed up with the F95 filter not working properly. Tired of filtering tags out only to get them. Also those item/game I have placed on ignore keep popping up. So please forgive. Just a quick comment nothing more. Thanks for reading.

I'm here for the first one. That's absolutely what I want more of, and specially, like this thread is about, the ability to make it happen during the course of the game, ideally repeatedly if I so choose. The way Summertime Saga is set up is the template I want more of.

Those happen before the big story pivot that takes you to the new location. After the move and it becomes a pure sandbox game there is only scenes like that with one of them. It involves her being blindfolded and some help from Mako.
