Doesn't matter who does the breeding as long as someone gets pregnant and the pregnancy isn't ignored/off-screen/forgotten/magically disappears/irrelevant to the gameplay loop.

You can get 2 of the main girls pregnant. The first one happens fairly early and it's definitely a part of the story. There are a few time skips so you can see her in different stages of pregnancy. The second happens a while later and hasn't been mentioned as much (at least that I remember) but it has been brought up. The story's not really done despite it being marked completed. It's going to a sequel and my guess is that we'll see the first girl give birth and more girls will potentially end up with child (again just my guess there).

Yeah I played it, one girl for sure can be impregnated and you can see the baby bump. The second girl is supposed to be pregnant but it doesn't get brought up a lot. The sequel should let us know for sure.
For me, the pregnancy being ignored or forgotten afterwards doesn't matter a lot. Its not the result that I really care about, its the fact that my player can make the choice to attempt to knock her up, see her body change through pregnancy, and then ideally have sex with her while she's pregnant as well. Hopefully with a number of different women through the course of the game.

That's fair. I typically prefer to follow a small set of very fleshed out characters, so the part I bolded in the quote is the most important to me, but I also lose interest fast if there's no consequences during or after, or if the characters are superficial. For a mechanics example, if it was a game with combat, don't take the pregnant woman out of the party entirely, but give her stat modifiers and character art/sprites to reflect her state.

Of those two options? Definitely the first one. Netorare and cuckoldry are big turn-offs for me.
I really prefer games with female MCs though. There's just something unique about seeing a strong lady adventurer stride out, full of confidence, into a dangerous world thinking she can conquer it... only for her to bite off a little more than she can chew and/or submit to temptation. In Night of Revenge, for example, Aradia is a kick-ass witch and she's convinced she can handle anything the world throws at her. But she's also naive, and there are plenty of scenes where one misstep leads to her downfall.
Impregnation adds an extra layer of spiciness to that scenario. I've created plenty of female characters in Skyrim who can slay dragons with the best of them, but somehow wind up getting kidnapped by creepy cave-elves and forced to breed with insect monsters. Somewhere, Todd Howard is shaking his head in bitter disappointment.

You can add Unexpected Consequences to the list of Male Protag games. You impregnate pretty much everyone pretty early in the story and the dev said that the next chapter will include time skips so that'll probably mean we'll soon see some baby bumps.

Surprised to not see this one on the list (maybe I missed it) - limited pregnancy at the moment (only 2 or 3 characters can take them to term) and a couple more can get impregnated but has no further content at the moment. The dev wants to include it for all main characters as far as I'm aware and there's plenty of optional fetishes here as well as a toggle for NTR (specifically the kind where you get cuckolded) if any of you don't like that kind of content.

Male protag is generally all I want, personally. And in regards to this particular fetish, absolutely all I want.
This might be an outlier take but I prefer pregnancy being a result of domination where the fleeting selfish whim of the top dictates lengthy period of struggle and labor for the bottom.
Question: in which of the games of this category with a female protagonist is farming pregnancies the goal?

I can think of Tentacles Thrive and Flying Princess Inter Breed, there you raise an army by spawning monsters or monster girls. I like Flying Princess, but Tentacles Thrive is too grindy.
There is also Worm Nest Plague, where you give birth to monster girls, but the other content of it is too disgusting for my taste.

I think in Hazumi & The Pregnation the MC can get cash for every child she gives birth to, but it's been a while since I last played that game, so I might be misremembering.
From the description, Vitamin Quest also seems to be about giving birth to as many kids as possible.

Truly, I'm not trying to insult your fetish, you do you, but do facehuggers really count as impregnations? That feels like its own, separate thing.
