LonaRPG cost like 30%, I have no idea what VH stand for, and I can't find the pregnancy mod for AI Shoujo.

After playing this game for many hours, I'm against putting it on the list. The slaves don't even acknowledge that they're pregnant besides their portrait changing which is very lifeless for me and not what we're really looking for. You can interact with your children up to a point but a lot of it relies on raising their discipline if you don't want them anymore otherwise they always turn into slackers lol. It is a decent game but just not for this list unless there are updates later down the lane that adds more features to pregnancy.

[Edit: lmao missed this on the 1st page, just take it as an endorsement] Degrees of Lewdity has pregnancy; depending on character/NPC selection you can be pregnant or impregnate others multiple times.

Wish there were more games where you could be futa and/or the pregnant person or that had breeding mechanics.

Relatedly, and not quite the thread's theme, but Cloud Meadow, Oranos' Patriarch and Free Cities all have pregnancy mechanics too.

Corrupted Kingdoms (already on the original list) is one of my very favorite ones on this list, but it took a REALLY HARD left turn in its content and vibe in Act 3, and I'm kind of waiting for it to come back closer to what it was. They dropped a new update today, but its been a while since it had the feel that it once did. If you haven't ever played it, there's quite a bit of really good pregnancy content available in the earlier stages.
