Like others mentioned in the thread, this type of fictional loli animated material is freely available on the web, they can't spend time penalizing everyone for it as that would be an absurd amount of over-policing on something that's not even that serious
Now it has become even more absurd, with all these artificial intelligences where you can generate any porn.

Yeah AI skirts the boundaries a lot on what is/what is not deemed acceptable.

The inclusion of AI has made the figurative "Grey Zone" that much more unclear sometimes, so tbh it's like the Wild West out there when it comes to AVNs, and what content creators are doing to transgress acceptable boundaries in-game.

:whistle::coffee:

EDIT: I should clarify that the link referenced above was not made with AVNs in mind per se, but just to demonstrate exactly what certain bad actors will do when using AI technology at their disposal.

well, depends where in Canada ...

some places I hope the loli game is bilingual (English and French). If not, you're in trouble.

Yeah, it's disgusting tbh. I once knew a custodian from my high school who secretly perved after the girls in their changing rooms :/

The principal/on-duty police officer ended up finding a hidden cam in one of the girls' changing rooms SMH

Needless to say, the dude was arrested in short order and in a timely fashion. Good riddance I say

I would say there's not much to worry about, as Canadian authorities are likely not going to press for a warrant for your arrest or something against you for downloading and playing fictional loli content that literally 10000000s of other peeps do on the daily.

As anne O'nymous said, Canadian authorities don't track everything. You can easily search loli content up in Canada and your ISP isn't really gonna get triggered by it unless it's actual real-life underage stuff. Then that's a whole other ball game.

Yeah man, it's all good, you're not doing anything illegal

Just delete the game if it bothers you that much and just chalk it up like you were downloading a regular adult game with 18+ themed/mature drawn characters and didn't immediately realize that the game had contained themes that you weren't even interested in. It's not like you had the intent of consuming actual underage content like actual CP or anything.

Just clear your browser cache and search history as well if you feel so strongly about it, but no stress at the end of the day, DW.

Police departments all over the world barely manage to keep their respective societies from tearing themselves apart, no one gives a fuck if a random dude just downloaded some game, even if it has imaginary lolis in it.

I agree.

I'm on the "virtual (as in 2D/3D Cgs) porn is harmless and can be used to keep one's urge in check" side. For most, loli is just a fantasy, and at least with those games they have a way to express it, instead of letting their frustration grow up until the day they can't contain it anymore and rape a real child.
This probably come from my teen ages. When I was 11 or 12, one of my classmate was raped. It was the early 80's, teachers where reckless at those times and one day, during the class one of them just told us that [girl name] isn't there today, and will not attend for few days because she'd been raped. Not really understanding and wanting to, I followed the case in the local news, and globally it's what the guy said when caught; he had this urge since years, and that day it was stronger than his will.

But AI blur the frontier even for this. The guy in the link don't anymore fantasy about unreal characters. Not because he use real photo, but because he put on them the face of peoples he know and cross everyday. Instead of acting as a way to prevent him to act one day, this more surely make his urge grow. He's not anymore faping to unreal characters while potentially thinking to someone he know, it's her that he have in front of him when faping... It's not a big step that to think that one day he would have started to confusing fantasy and reality, and then started to abuse them not just in his mind.

Yeah, lol like I'm pretty sure that the police have bigger fish to fry here, just saying. I would imagine they would want to dedicate more policing resources to actual crimes than caring about one dude randomly downloading a porn game with some imaginary Loli characters in them. Like its all just fantasy either way at the end of the day (2D/3DCG porn).

You know - about three years ago my shared flat got raided by the police, because some random asshole had downloaded CP during one of our parties (like actual photographic images from some darknet forum). This led to all our computers and similar data storing devices getting confiscated and checked for illegal content involving minors. Drawn loli content is technically illegal where I live as well, and there had been a few examples of that among the various porn images/games that had accumulated on my pc over the years. I mean it wasn't like I was actively hoarding stuff like that, but it's just so common in hentai games/images that it happens.

Point is that I was kinda nervous as well, but after a year we got a message that we could pick up our stuff from the station, because they checked everything, found nothing, and dropped all charges and investigation. I really think that nobody cares about stuff that is just drawn and ficitional (unless you generate photorealistic models with an AI). Sure - it is technically illegal in certain countries and regions, but nobody really has the energy and interest to follow up on this. That'd be why this kind of content can be found on major publically known websites as well without any attempts to ban it or restrict access.

I mean your connection is probably Https anyway so its encrypted. So they can only see the domain of the site you are downloading from and other various metadata but not the actual content. If you download anything on the darkweb you are way likely to get caught as feds actively patrol and do sting ops there.

Eh you're probably fine. It's pretty rarely charged for and is unlikely to get you caught unless the police / customs are already looking to raid your harddrives anyways. The most likely point of getting caught is actually probably crossing the border though, since they might be obligated to actually check to see if you're moving illegal materials on a laptop or whatever. If so just make sure to delete it or encrypt in a way that isn't accessible without the password and which doesn't stand out obviously. The main thing they generally charge for is an "intent to distribute" that kind of stuff so just deleting it is what I'd recommend.

That said I know of at least a couple of unabashed lolicons over the internet living in Canada and I don't think they've ever been charged so I'm pretty sure that's practically unenforced for the most part as long as its not just literal CP.

There's no way they would check electronic devices during a border crossing. They actually need specialists to do stuff like that, and it takes super long to do this in the first place. Like I said - in my case it tool a year, and that was only because police now hires private firms to do this work. The officer at the station told me that it used to take them 5 years or more before that. During a border crossing they will check for physical stuff - like things that you wouldn't just be able to send via electronic means anyways. Anything else just wouldn't make any sense.
