Seeking In-depth Character Creation

I used to play Life Play before the dev vanished a couple of years ago.

I'm looking for any kind of game that lets me create my own character. Choosing hair, clothes, skin, breasts, penis, etc. Doesn't have to be a sim, I'd actually prefer one with narrative of some sort, but I'm not interested in a game that's ONLY the character creator and some sex scenes. I want to do stuff as that character.

Doesn't have to be 3D either if the 2D scenes are good. I'm just REALLY tired being forced to play games as Generic Guy #23, you know?

Most games with this kind of customization are going to be text-based like this one. I think games with modular 2D assets are rare, but this may fit.

If you want maximal customization, Koikatsu is the best.
yes, it's a sex simulator, but it has some minimal semblance of a story.

I've been enjoying what's here so far, especially Course of Temptation and TiTS. Haven't tried Koikatsu yet.
