This is probably a dumb question given that they have separate tags on this site, but where does cheating fit in, i.e. one partner having an affair that they hope the other partner doesn't discover and does their best to keep secret? I think only westerners care about being noticed. In most of the Japanese NTR porn I have seen, the partner does not know that she is being cheated on until the last moment (until it is too late). Maybe doubt... But even that emerges much later.

That chart is way too complicated.

Netorare: NPC woman cheats on the MC, behind his back. NPC woman gets seduced by NPC male or cheats of her own free will. MC eventually discovers this and responds in various ways; willingly liking it, reluctantly liking it, hating it.

Netori: NPC male seduces and fucks the MC's women, thus the MC is being NTR'ed.

If woman gets seduced, she still cheats of her own free will. Unless it's a rape (which can also happen in NTR), it's always done of free will.
I don't agree with your Netori definition. What you wrote is basically another scenario for Netorare not Netori. In my opinion Netori is when the MC fucks NPC male's women and NTR'ing NPC male.

I like when the cheater still love the original partner while cheating in secret (forced or willingly), but I like it even more when the cucked partner knows the cheating behind his back (if he likes it or not doesn't matter).
