Ren'Py in game text issues

can anyone explain why I get this with some games and not with others, sometimes I get it in the ferst version of a game and sometimes after updates. I would like to be avle to fix this myself why the issue comes up but i have no idead where to start. any help is much appreciated

You need to change the renderer. Press Shift+G in game, and from that screen choose another renderer. Usually angle2 or gl2 works, in case they don't (or they don't exist in the options) switch to either angle or gl and restart the game.
