What, you want to just use the characters outright like "Hurr durr, To love Ru but the principal's the MC and steals every girl"....?

As if it was some doujin..?
Maybe I misunderstood what you meant. But I would like to create a game with gradual decay, where the heroine does not immediately become just a whore. Also where she will have scenes with mc, I noticed in many ntr games according to the plot the heroine really loves the main character, but at the same time during the whole game they will not even be able to kiss, as for me this is not very logical. Well, and of course I would like to add that secondary heroines will want to take advantage of the problem in the mc's relationship and get him

Just checking since some source material leans towards different tags then others. I'd probably also pick something that either hasn't been used in a while or even hasn't been used at all for games at least for a source.

It's hard for me to decide between Zero no Tsukaima and Kanojo, Okarishimasu. On the one hand, a fantasy world where you can add combat and scenes related to it, but I've heard more than once that people don't need combat in such games. Also, due to the fantasy, it was possible to add some magic to the antagonist with which he will put a mark of lust on Louise, which according to the plot will develop and force the heroine to become more and more corrupt. On the other hand, the world of Kanojo, Okarishimasu is very suitable for the NTR genre, but there is nowhere to do combat and the story will revolve around the fact that the antagonist was either previously rejected by Chizuru or accidentally found out about who she works for and thereby blackmails her, gradually raising the bar. Perhaps Mami will even help him (of course, in her own interests).

Do you want Light, Medium, or Dark Netorare?
Since I think the heroines in both universes will love the MC but circumstances will force them to do different things, then the middle NTR is more likely

A RPG isn't only based on combat. You can always take a more puzzle or problem solving oriented approach. The only stipulation to make something an RPG is that you get your players to take on a role and interact with the environment based on that role.

I agree with you that all a player needs is to immerse themselves in the game. But honestly, I don't remember any hentai NTR games that used puzzles. Maybe Fujino used them in his early games Scathach Game Prologue and Sakura's Chapter, but honestly, they didn't dilute the gameplay there.

A puzzle is just another form of choice or combat. In this case, solving the steps correctly for the MC could either block a netorare attempt or advance a netori attempt on somebody from the antagonist's side.

And I understand what you mean. Of course, I think about it, making a game with a completely static plot would be boring for both me and the players
