I already read the "incest that actually feels like incest" thread, and yeah, the problem with most of incest games is they tend to find a way to "justify" incest to made it feel less guilty. But to be honest, if we are seeking for incest story, we are seeking for guilty pleasures. Making a blood-related romance less sinful make it so bland and you feel like a normal rom-com. On other thread many users already pointed out some points to make it believable and more focus on this kind of story. Though I think the normal way is still good when you want gooning materials with something kinky. And to be fair, that is what most people seek on website. But having some gooning game that invest in strory is also good. Visual novel tend to have more to offer in term of story, and they can really nail it.
Other ways to incest is to "mindbreak" or "corruption" route, this route can offer some form of good story, but they somehow feel like they still try to justify it, or not stressing enough about it is a bad thing. Though this kind of story never fully justify it and some form of sinful pleasures still there.

The issue is that it will eventually have to become normal. There are only so many times you can fuck your sister till you both stop caring about the relationship. That's why most incest games involve corruption. I agree in general with the desire for taboo to remain in stories, but in this case, it's gonna be really dumb to keep mentioning how wrong it is as you cum in your sister for the 30th time.

This seems like a selection bias issue. The only incest related games I've seen remotely try to destigmatise incestuous relationships fall into two categories: 1. Post-apocalyptic. No more society means no more reason to adhere to social taboos. 2. SciFi/Fantasy. A culture completely removed from ours might not have or even have a reason to have any taboos against incestuous relationships.

Even in some of those kinds of games there will sometimes be some taboos against incest (since that's sort of the point for some people looking for incest content), but if you just filter these types of games out of your search, that should remove any game that I'm aware of that makes any attempt to destigmatise or justify incest in any way. However, like nobody mentioned, if you're referring to the taboo nature of incest being less emphasised or conspicuous as an incestuous relationship continues throughout a game, that's going to be unavoidable, because having all the conversations between two people in a relationship persistently be about how forbidden their relationship is after they've been together for a while has a weird, daytime TV soap opera feel to it that breaks immersion. The taboo part might be the point for some people, but the taboo wears off and is broken after committing the act a couple of times. To build an actual relationship out of taboo attraction, the characters need to be attracted despite the taboo, not because of the taboo. Otherwise, the relationship would naturally fall apart after the taboo is broken

You might misunderstood my words, I said some "Players" choose this genre because of this taboo nature, and want "characters" in the story to acknowledge and dealing with the problem, and that is the focus of story. That why I said light novel tend to have more natural expression, since you don't fuck your family 30 times and make the pleasures go null. Other things that most of the games on this site tend to "start from scratch" in term of relation, which will lead awkward situations where incest relationships tend to advance at same pace as normal relationships.
Characters can be attracted to these acts if their intention is to harm other ones, typical in "revenge" trope along with "corruption" tropes. These characters acknowledge the taboo, but decided to follow it, this lead to a less conflicts in story, since the process of these trope tend to rely on Deus-ex machine to push the plot.
