The game seems to be on the RenPy engine, in 3D style.
I played as a girl (but maybe there was selection for male/female protagonisc) who returned to her stepmother's house.
I had a younger sister, with red hair, who didn't speak. A psychiatrist also came to her, with whom there was also a relationship.
The sister was very alike like redhead girl from man of the house
The stepmother was taking some kind of pill, because of which she did not understand what was happening to her for an hour (or something like that)
