Babysitter is very similar gameplay wise to DmD and Parental Love, and has a really good writer, who I go to for advice with my writing.
Sisterly Lust just keeps getting more fun. It follows a son from a divorced family who was taken by his father in the divorce, leaving his mother and 3 sisters, all very young at the time, alone. When Dad dies mom offers to take the son back in, now that she can finally contact him again. And that's where the story starts.
If you can play a female Protagonist, I Love Daddy is a really good incest game in which the daughter seduces the titular daddy.
My Legacy is a fun short incest game where the goal of the Protagonist is to impregnate both his nieces in the seven days while they spend time at his place. Add to that his schizophrenic side, where both his brain and his dick are different characters with personalities who talk to him and him back and you have yourself a pretty interesting story with different routes to take with each of the girls, and their mother, your sister in law.

Dreams of Desire is pretty popular. If I'm honest I really only play it for one character, but a lot of people really like it.
And of course, Milfy City. It's only a .02 but it already has more content than the complete game, My Legacy, that I mentioned up there.
