Looking for a game where the MC impregnates his sis/mom/cousin/etc, but then there are repercussions to that. Mom gets super upset, sister wonders what they will do, etc

In Sisterly Lust, there are some repercussions to the MC knocking up Mom and Sisters. Some rightwing culture warriers learn of it, and they have to flee the country. It is a rather short segment of the overall plot though.
In Parental Love, there are repercussions to the MC knocking up his oldest daughter. The daughter's mother and MCs sister both get upset, and need to be calmed down or they split up with MC.
Reconnecting is approaching a father impregnating his adult, adopted-at-birth daughter from a semi-realistic perspective. It's still under development, and while there aren't repercussions yet, it certainly feels like there would be some in the future.

In College Daze after impregnating someone, you have conversations with them, first their reaction depending on characters (your Mom will react differently than your girlfriend for example, your sister differently than a one night stand). Then, you also have to convince them not to get an abortion if they're considering it.
