Seeking Incest Romance with Sister

Hi im looking for incest games with a priority or a good amount of romance with the sister of the MC. Im playing Lust Theory right now and im loving the build up to all the scenes so a nice thing would be slow build up and not just oh im randomly horny i guess my brother will do.

Possibly the most unique romance scene system of any game on here. Also a phenomenal game overall. I might put some of the mods on it and start a new playthrough.

Power Vacuum would be my generic recommendation. EDIT: Idk if I'd call it a 'buildup' tho.

Yeah I already played that one and I gotta say its one of my favorites and I liked power Vacuum bc it was stil a little different and I like the trope of ay lets make money together with porn its kinda fun so thanks for both might play both it again too
