What's happening with Patreon and other platforms, is that Globalists are trying to impose international rules on the internet, and going far beyond what is legal, attempting to control regions in which they have no authority.

The Reason Patreon has a ''problem'' is because of payment companies like Paypal who blacklist certain genres. Why do you think there's almost always ''step-(insert relative) in porn videos and not real incest? Because otherwise they can't sell dvds. Payment Companies pull the strings along and you have to follow them otherwise a large portion of your paying userbase won't be able to give you money. And i don't think people are gonna switch how they do banking transactions just because of porn. So essentially their hands are tied in this matter.

The biggest ones are Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard Thay have hard bans on taboo content except with some porn companies that have wavers from Visa and Mastercard to allow exceptions. That being said these wavers are extremely hard to get and expensive. Second would be mainstream attention on them and Paypal that caused backlash from Moral and Religious groups also from there investors who do not want the headaches involved with those groups. It's not based on laws nor does it come from Patreon. Paypal gave them the ultimatum of dropping certain taboo's or lose their custom.

If it's a family member and any sexual contact is involved then it's banned on Patreon it doesn't matter if it's brother, sister, mother, father or second cousin twice removed, it's all banned.

Same applies for step family, that is also banned.

Pornhub has leverage, they don't rely on any 1 payment processor. Patreon wouldn't get anywhere near the money it does without Paypal.

To save time, we've had all these debates before, all of them, and it simply boils down to Patreon does whatever the financial powers tell it to.

You can sit here and make all the excuses under the sun but it won't change the fact that ALL incest is banned on Patreon and that isn't changing.

Pronhub's advantage is they make a ton of money and have the power to dictate what they need from a payment processor. Banks want to do business with them just because of the share amount of money they can make. The other thing people forget to factor about Patreon's business modal is they just keep a small cut of the money they bring in. So there not a very profitable company to investors. also their payment processor is not making enough 2.5% to justify the risk of overly taboo content. The biggest thing that gets in there way is there to well known now to get away with what they used to 3 to 4 years ago.

Well, that gets back to what I was saying not enough money in it to justify the risks to them. 5 to 10% is the cut patreon gets out of it. Something like Steam gets a 40% cut so they can justify the risks more. That and Valve is a much larger company
