It won't be approved anyway without an English translation attached, and even then, the mods here seem to crack down on SweetRaspberry's games.

Pretty much if it's posted here it has to either have an offical translation, a fan translation, or a mtl/a.i. translation, otherwise it will not be allowed/accepted to be uploaded/posted.
Pretty sure non-english is allowed specifically for translation request threads, tho. It even says it in the screenshot that non-English is allowed in dedicated translation threads.

Translation threads, not actual game threads. They've also been cracking down on rule 7 randomly at points even in translation threads with the game links people upload and post the link to in said translation thread.
This is the only porn game I bought to support the devs lol.
