Inevitable Relations Dev Thread

After playing many games, with erotic content and messing around with scripts of some games, I decided to try to build my one one.

Although, it‘s just a pretty simple version for now, with only 26 images and around 1500 words.

Story:
You are plaing as Bethany (Beth), which is a direct hint on the Daz3D model, by the way. The mother of Charlie and Eva. Charlie and Eva were pretty close, too close for Beth and Alex, who Beth is married to. So they send Charlie to California, to live with Beth‘s brother Leo. After one year he returns, and the story starts there.

To say it with Beth‘s words: „I thought, if he lives with my brother for a few months, everything will be alright and their feelings would settle. Yeah right... Let's just say they did in a way.“


Genre:
Female Protagonist, Sex, Oral, Seduction, Incest (for now)


What am I planning:
Well, the script for the game is finished, because it will be based on a story I wrote, years ago. There will be some influences from other stories or games, but the base is said story.

Beth will discover, that Charlie‘s and Eva‘s relationship is growing beyond the one of brother and sister once more.

Depending on your choices, they grow apart, or get closer to one another. You can even „ruin“ your marriage, with your obsession, to keep them apart, or you will get closer to them. You will have the chance to choose, which of the two you like more and pursue something with them.

If you do it right you can get Alex to join in, or search for pleasure somewhere else.

Then there is the small matter of Beth‘s job. The basis is, that she is a cop, which can be a crutial part to the story of the game, but here is where you guys come in. Should I put this into the game or not, it‘s not necessary, but then there will be more content, sexual or not. It would be more work and I would have to rewrite the base story, to get some of the elements in.

Furthermore I'm trying to figure out, how to get it published right. I thought about Patreon, but I don't want to be a Dev, who brings out irregular updates, and can't write something about upcoming updates. I was thinking about uploading the game to a filehoster like Ul.to ore Share-Online, and take part at their affiliation program. But then the download takes hours, or even days, for future versions. Any tips?

I will, even if I won't make any money with the game. I mean yeah, it would be great, to at least get my expenses back, but if not, that wouldn't be that big of a deal.
My motivation is purely, to get the story I wrote, in another form. Sure, Daz models are common, but that's one reason I chose Bethany, as my main character, because she is rarely used.
And, at least in my opinion, she is simply amazing. The daughter (Eva) will most likely be based on Tween Julie, with some changes, as for the other characters, I don't know yet.
Regarding Charlie, I knew, which model I wanted to use and used in the end, but to be quiet honest, I forgot the name. ^^
As for the render, I'm using Iray, although, I would love to work with Reality/Luxus and Luxrender insetad, for some reason that doesn't work. The image of Beth topless took me about 40 minutes, with a SLI of two GTX780's (with AMD Phenom II 955 @ 4,6 Ghz),
with my main system (with two RX480's), that would most likely be lower, but for some reason OpenCL won't work. Everytime, I want to start, the render finishes before tonemapping, or it just uses my CPU (i7 4790k). Even if I use my workstation with a Ryzen 7 1700 @ 4 Ghz, 32 GB RAM (normally with a GTX980ti) and put my RX480's in there, OpenCL won't work.
So, if anyone has any idea, how I can get Luxrender to work properly, I would be greatful, because I tried almost every solution I found, on the internet.

Well actually I did pay for the assets. ^^ That's part of what I meant, when I said, I would like to get my expenses back. The other is, I bought a whole System (Ryzen 7) and two (used) GTX780's for my old AMD Phenom based system, just to get this game on the road. Okay, the 980ti was really cheap, because the dude I bought it from, thought it was broken and a normal GTX980, so I think that doesn't count.


But you're right, he Looks a bit strange. I think I will change the model later, but for now, I want to get the base of the game ready and worry later, about him. Because there won't be any sex scene for now.
At least not with him.

One thing, I can promise. The main character, Beth, won't be a cock hunting whore and she most definitely won't be raped or coerced into anything. This applies to everyone in the game, there won't be any rape or any sexual content, that is clearly not consensual. I know, that this will shatter some fantasies, you guys might have, but I for one, hate these kind of games, where the woman is depicted as a whore or is raped.

I just put the finishing touches to the first image of Alex, although there are some faults as of now, which will be changed in the final version. More news and an updated game are coming soon, possibly with the first "sex scene".

Nah, that's too obvious. That's the whole point, I want to use models, that are rare in this type of games, like Bethany 7 for example. It's not, that I don't like Victoria 7, I love her model, but she is part of almost all porn games.

I won't, but it's like I said, she is the obvious choice and that's pretty much the thing, why I (probably) won't include her. Even if I do renders with her for the game, she won't be any of the main cast.

You are definitely sending mixed messages here. Maybe you thought the nose ring looks like something a strong person would do? It's a clear sign of submissiveness. Literally, led by the nose.

Nope.

First of all, Beth doesn't have any piercing, second, the nose ring has to be in the middle, to actually be a sign of submissiveness. Which is clearly written in the mentioned Wikipedia article, that the ring, (historically) has to go through the nasal septum. And if you look closely at the image of Alex, you will see, that the piercing is on the side.

Furthermore, even if this would be the case, that a nose piercing in general would mean submissiveness, it doesn't matter. Because, I am doing the game, I wrote the Story, so in conclusion I decide, what will happen to the characters.
And as i promised, there won't be rape, their won't be anything that is clearly forced and there won't be anything depicting women as whores or anything that is disgraceful, apart from incest and depending on where you live homosexuality (or in this case bisexuality).
