30 base CGs with variations is pretty basic tho. It's not like they are getting lazier but more like the gems that go above and beyond in that and many other regards are not that many overall.

To anyone stuck at not being able to progress h-scense: go to the red light district and the hosue at the bottom right and work there.

Actually finished the game without any h-scenes beside the defat once during my first playthrough.
