I have Windows 8. When I try to open it in an English locale, the game opens but the text is blank. When I use Locale Emulator or NTLEA, the game doesn't open up at all.

You might have to download the Japanese RPG Maker so you get the Japanese base assets. Or, if the game is really deep in your computer, try just putting it in My Documents or C:

It's pretty easy to find, I think it's the same one that Violated Heroine uses, or you should be able to find it if you follow the link on that wiki.

Seems, I can't see the dialogue either.
Nvm, it's fixed now, drop and replace "Scripts.rxdata" into the Data folder to fix the invisible dialogue.

i tried drag and drop nothing happend the game text still appears emty and there is no .exe file for the auto setup or something
